West Brom defender Jonas Olsson believes the club have a strong squad this season.

The 29-year-old has been at The Hawthorns since 2008 and has been a key part of the good start to the new season.

Steve Clarke's side remain unbeaten and Olsson reckons any players not in the team, including new signing and close friend Markus Rosenberg, will have to be patient.

"Markus' first task will be to get in the team, which isn't easy," he said. "I really feel this year we have a great depth in the squad. You look at the bench and there are a lot of really good players on there.

"That is so important because we all know it's a long season in England. Everybody will get their chance at some time and, when that chance comes, you have to take it."
