Agent: No Juve move for Vidic
Nemanja Vidic's agent has ruled out any possibility of the Manchester United defender joining Juventus in the January transfer window.
The Serbia international centre-back was recently ruled out for eight weeks following a knee operation and is not expected to return to action before the end of November.
Vidic was also forced to miss the final five months of last season with a ruptured cruciate knee ligament and now reports have again linked the 30-year-old with a move away from Old Trafford.
However, his Italian agent Silvano Martina has laughed off suggestions the player is considering a move to Juventus or Barcelona this winter.
He told the website itasportpress.it: "Vidic is not playing at this time because he's had surgery, so he's only thinking about his recovery and not about the transfer market.
"Juventus are complete with their non-EU players for this season and it is highly unlikely they will make a bid for Vidic, therefore I can categorically rule out any interest from them.
"Vidic is already part of a top club and there are no negotiations with Juventus or Barcelona."
