Adam hopes to find best form
Charlie Adam is desperate to recapture his best form over the final three weeks as Blackpool bid to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
Adam has been one of the Seasiders' star performers in their maiden Premier League campaign and was among the shortlisted nominees for the Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year award won by Tottenham's Gareth Bale last month.
Adam has struggled to keep to his own high standards of late, though, and told the club's official website: "For the last few weeks I have been frustrated with the way I have played.
"I'll openly admit that I've not played as well as I think I probably could have.
"But the players in that team have helped me and hopefully if I keep trying to work as hard as I can, if other things don't happen then my work-rate will help the team.
"The important thing is that you keep on trying 110% every week, and then we'll see what has happened by the end of the season - if we can stay in the league."
Blackpool are above the drop zone on goal difference alone with three fixtures left to play.
They face Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Saturday followed by a home clash with Bolton and then a trip to Manchester United on the final day of the season.
