AC Milan will not enter into a bidding war for Manchester City forward Carlos Tevez, according to club vice-president Adriano Galliani.

The Italian champions made an offer to acquire Tevez on loan in January with an option to make the Argentina international's stay permanent next summer.

Tevez is also a reported target of Paris Saint-Germain but Galliani told Milannews.it: "Our offer is final. If they (PSG) make a better offer, we will not counter it."

Milan reached an agreement with Tevez earlier this month but have yet to agree terms with City.

The Rossoneri are looking to reinforce their forward line in January with Italy international Antonio Cassano ruled out indefinitely after undergoing a heart procedure last month.
