FIFA has put about 1,600 tickets on sale for each of this week's World Cup semifinals.
FIFA says Category 1 seats became available at both games when media organizations returned some of their allocation.
The tickets are priced at $600 (?477) for foreign fans. South African residents must pay 4,200 rand ($546; ?434).
The Netherlands plays Uruguay in Cape Town on Tuesday. Germany faces Spain in Durban on Wednesday.
