Turkey's state-run news agency says prosecutors are seeking up to 10 years in prison for nine players and a coach accused of involvement in a match-fixing scandal.

The Anatolia news agency says 87 other people were also charged Wednesday with either membership of a criminal gang, violating betting rules or making threats. The accused were not identified.

The prosecutors says the group made $30 million per year through the manipulation of matches, mostly in the second- and third-tier leagues, and illegal betting.

Anatolia says the prosecutors' indictment cites a phone-tapped conversation in which a goalkeeper for second-tier Gaziantepspor agrees to concede two goals in a game against Kayserispor.
