Here's a few items of interest following Wisconsin's 48-0 win over Tennessee Tech:
• Gary Andersen never had a winning record as head coach in his career until today. His record currently stands at 32-31.
• Wisconsin has now started 2-0 in 11 of the last 11 seasons and has won its first two home games in every year dating back to 2004.
• The Badgers have won 28 consecutive nonconference home games, tied for the second-longest active streak in the FBS. The last nonconference home loss was Sept. 13, 2003 to UNLV.
• Wisconsin is 21-0 all-time against FCS teams, including 3-0 against Ohio Valley Conference teams.
• The Badgers had back-to-back shutouts for the first time since opening the 1958 season by beating Miami (Fla). 20-0 and Marquette 50-0. The last Big Ten team to open the season with two straight shutouts was Ohio State in 1961.
• The 113 total yards on defense tied the ninth-lowest total in school history.
• Wisconsin had 606 yards total offense, tied for the 11th most in school history.
• Wisconsin allowed only six first downs. The school record is five against Temple on Sept. 10, 2005.
• The Badgers have won 26 straight games when rushing for more than 230 yards.
• Chris Borland passed Michael Reid for 16th place on UW's all-time tackles list.
• Borland broke a tie for seventh place on UW's all-time tackles-for-loss list.
• Jared Abbrederis passed Chris  Chambers for sixth place and Al Toon for fifth place on UW's all-times receptions list.
• Abbrederis' eight receptions were his personal best in a game. The last time Abbrederis had as many as five in a game was Oct. 6, 2012, when he had seven.
• Abbrederis recorded his 19th receiving touchdown, tying him with Jonathan Orr and Al Toon for third place on UW's all-time list. 
• Abbrederis passed Ira Matthews for 10th place on UW's all-time all-purpose yards list.
• Abbrederis passed Ira Matthews for seventh place on UW's all-time punt returns list.
• James White passed Rufus Ferguson for 11th place on UW's all-time rushing yards list.White tied Brent Moss for seventh place on UW's all-time rushing touchdowns list and passed Moss for seventh place on UW's overall TD list.
• White passed Billy Marek and Nick Davis for eighth place on UW's all-time all-purpose yards list.
• Joel Stave set personal bests with 28 pass attempts, 20 completions and 3 touchdowns.
• Amazing stat No. 1: In his last four games, Melvin Gordon has 551 yards on 40 carries (13.8 average),
• Amazing stat No. 2: At Wisconsin, Gordon has 1,003 yards on 104 carries (9.6 average).
• Conor O'Neil had 9 tackles. He had 10 all of last season (and 15 the previous year).
• Jordan Fredrick tied his high with three receptions. He also did it Sept. 29, 2012 at Nebraska.
• Brian Wozniak not only had his first touchdown, but he had his first reception since Oct. 27, 2012.
