Bangor rang up 250 total rushing yards on Thursday, en route to a 20-14 win over Pepin/Alma in the WIAA Division 7 state championship football game, in Madison.
Andrew Piske had a pair of short touchdown runs to pace the Cardinals to their triumph. He ended the day with 173 yards on the ground.
Pepin/Alma (13-1) was led by Trevor Heit's 73 rushing yards. Caiden Haake also added a touchdown grab for P/A.
