The Western Conference Finals between the Anaheim Ducks and the Chicago Blackhawks is set to get underway.

The Ducks will host Games 1 and 2 before heading to Chicago for Games 3 and 4 on May 21 and 23.

After each game, flip over to Prime Ticket or FOX Sports West for our 'Ducks Live' postgame show.

The schedule is as follows (all times PT):

Game 1: Blackhawks 1, Ducks 4

Game 2: Blackhawks 3, Ducks 2 in 3OT

Game 3: Ducks 2, Blackhawks 1

Game 4: Ducks 4, Blackhawks 5 in 2OT

Game 5: Blackhawks 4, Ducks 5 in OT

Game 6: Ducks 2, Blackhawks 5 

Game 7: Blackhawks 5, Ducks 3 (CHI wins series 4-3)
