We say Larry Allen was the first to cry at Hall of Fame ceremony

BY foxsports • August 3, 2013

Did you have Larry Allen in your Hall of Fame crying pool? Boom, you killed it! The legendary offensive lineman and one of the most feared players in NFL history was the first of the Class of 2013 to cry during his speech. Although you never actually saw tears, he was wearing glass. He also sounded very choked up. Our Laces Out ruling is that he cried. For some reason, we're not surprised. While Allen was a killer on the football field, he seems like a big softie once his pads are off. It's touching and nice to see a big man brought to tears. Kudos to you, Mr. Allen. But still, we're gonna giggle. By the way, if you want to get an idea of how good an athlete Larry Allen was, take a look at this video of him preventing a pick-six.
