Watch: Russell Okung shoves trainer after coughing up blood

Football is rough.

Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Russell Okung got hurt on the last play of the first half against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. In fact, he suffered some sort of chest injury as he started coughing up blood.

When a trainer came to check on him, Okung was trying to describe what was happening to him and was evidently failing. Then, he got frustrated.
