Sylvester Stallone has taken some of the best shots boxers have received as Rocky Balboa ... and kept on going.

The actor's chin must be softening with age as pop star Demi Lovato was able to "knock down" Stallone during a training session at Jay Glazer's Unbreakable gym on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood.

The pop star backs quite a wallop. Which is no surprise, considering she is known for her mega-hits.
