Watch: Penn State fan cries after surprised with Rose Bowl tickets

Penn State surprised many throughout 2016 by even being in the conversation for the College Football Playoff.

One Nittany Lions fan received just one more surprise as he was presented with a box that contained an actual bowl with roses.

Upon realizing that it was literally a "Rose Bowl" and there was an envelope containing tickets to the game against USC on Jan. 2, the fan breaks down in tears.
