Watch Kyle Long's sick locker room dance moves

Like never before, social media allows fans a glimpse behind the curtains of life as a professional athlete.

Thanks to Instagram and Brandon Marshall, we now know that behind the Chicago Bears curtain, the locker/meeting room floor is but a stage for 6-foot-6, 311-pound guard Kyle Long.

Check out the scene Monday morning when Stevie B's "Spring Love" moves Long and fellow guard Eben Britton (No. 62), who works the arm sway but exits the room probably about the time he realized Marshall is filming.

Matt Forte doesn't get in on the action until late, but he plays an important role, showing by comparison the enormity of Long's feet, calves, thighs and pretty much entire body.
