UTSA-Arizona football game time set
WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — The Pac-12 Networks announced late Tuesday night that UTSA's Sept. 14 football game at Arizona will kick off at 9:30 p.m. (CT). It will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
The Pac-12 Networks is a full-time network available to cable, satellite and telephone companies, which is dedicated solely to the Pac-12. It consists of a national network and six regional feeds that provide 24/7 access to the league's teams and universities. The networks televise more than 800 live sporting events each year in addition to showcasing 12 conference championship events.
The Roadrunners will open their third campaign in program history on Saturday, Aug. 31, at New Mexico. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. (CT).
UTSA returns 50 letterwinners and a total of 20 starters (10 offense/8 defense/2 kickers) from last fall's squad that posted an 8-4 overall record and 3-3 mark in its lone year in the Western Athletic Conference.
Both season and single-game (home and away) tickets currently are on sale for the program's first campaign in Conference USA in 2013. Fans can go to goUTSA.com or call (210) 458-UTSA (8872) for more information on purchasing tickets.
