UFC Embedded: The final days before UFC 177
It's fight week in Sacramento and the latest episode of UFC Embedded has arrived showing the competitors arriving for the last bit of preparation before squaring off in the Octagon on Saturday night.
Since this is a hometown fight for UFC bantamweight champion T.J. Dillashaw he has the benefit of hitting pads in his own gym as he works out alongside teammate Danny Castillo, who is featured in the co-main event of the evening.
Dillashaw even has time for a little pre-fight massage to loosen the muscles before using them to hopefully throttle Renan Barao for a second time.
Meanwhile, former state football champion Tony Ferguson stays true to his roots for his pre-fight warmup as he heads to a local park to toss around the pigskin to get a sweat going as weight cutting time draws near.
