Monday's game in Boston between the Twins and Red Sox has been postponed due to weather, the Twins announced. The game will be made up Wednesday as a day-night doubleheader.

Both games of Wednesday's doubleheader will be aired on Fox Sports North. The first game will begin at 12:30 p.m. CT, while the second game will be played at its regularly scheduled start time of 6 p.m. CT. Mike Pelfrey was originally scheduled to pitch Monday, and Trevor May was slated to start Wednesday. The Twins have not yet announced their pitching plans for the doubleheader.

Minnesota recently hosted Boston at Target Field and swept the Red Sox for the first time since 2006. The Twins enter the series with the best record in the American League (30-19) after winning 20 games in the month of May.
