Tuesday's Rangers-Yankees game scores highest TV rating of season on FOX Sports Southwest

Tuesday's (July 23) Texas Rangers game vs. the New York Yankees scored the team’s highest television rating of the season on FOX Sports Southwest and was the No. 1 program of the day in Dallas-Fort Worth, according to Nielsen Media Research.

The game averaged a 7.0 rating and 181,400 households. It topped the previous season high of 6.9 recorded on May 21 vs. the Oakland Athletics.

Tuesday’s game received its largest audience from 9:45-10:00 p.m. when it averaged a 7.6 rating and 195,600 households.

For the season, Rangers games on FOX Sports Southwest are averaging a 4.8 rating and 124,200 households.
