SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Kevin Durant scored 30 points, Serge Ibaka and Russell Westbrook added 22 apiece, and the Oklahoma City Thunder halted the Utah Jazz's five-game winning streak with a 115-108 victory on Monday night.

The Thunder avenged a 21-point home loss on Oct. 31.

Deron Williams, the Western Conference player of the week, had the Jazz up by as many as 12 points early as he hit his first six shots.

But his 31 points and 11 assists weren't enough, as the Thunder made 33 of 34 from the free throw line, including 10 straight in the fourth quarter to seal the victory.

The Jazz pulled within three points with 12 seconds left, but Durant made four straight free throws to end it.

Utah, which needed double-digit comebacks in its last five games, was determined to start fast. The Jazz led 13-4 and 30-19, before Oklahoma City found its rhythm.

The Thunder controlled the boards, holding a 39-34 advantage in rebounds. But the biggest difference came at the foul line, where Oklahoma City had a 33-18 advantage.

The game was physical from the start, with Utah's Kyrylo Fesenko needing four stitches in his chin in the first half and Earl Watson requiring three to close a cut on his lower lip.

But Utah had no defense for Durant, who was 16 of 16 from the free throw line, with two 3-pointers and six rebounds. Ibaka had a game-high 11 rebounds to go with his 9-of-13 shooting.

Gordon Hayward, a rookie making his first NBA start in place of injured Raja Bell (groin), had early foul trouble and finished with four points for the Jazz. C.J. Miles added 16 as Utah had five players score in double figures.
