I want to see three things before I let my guard down and accept that after a 15-year absence, the NFL will return to Los Angeles.
I want celebration and pageantry to surround these three things, and it would be preferable to have a certain commissioner of a certain league present when those three things are at the center of attention.
What are they?
A wood-encased pile of loose dirt, a golden shovel and a red ribbon cut with giant gold scissors.
