The New NASCAR All-Star Race Bonus Is...

We were on the scene as NASCAR announced some new changes to the 2013 Sprint Cup All-Star Race. Among them "Bruton's Big Bonus", a $1M bonus for winning all 5 segments - something they're hoping will prevent sandbagging.
