Scrolling through Dillard’s tweets is like taking in a gallery of Picasso paintings. It’s a work of art.

And his “art” of being baseball’s funniest man has grown in the past year -- the 33-year-old pitcher now has over 21,000 followers on Twitter and close to 28,000 on Instagram.

What’s @DimTillard been up to lately? We compiled his best posts from the past two months:

Sung by Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez, “We Don’t Talk Anymore” is a tune about a couple that breaks up and grows apart. In Dillard’s case, it looks like he misses face-to-face time with his teammates.

Dillard takes a classic scene from “The Shawshank Redemption” and puts a little baseball spin on it. Wonderful.

Wait a second … Craig Counsell or Tim Dillard?

Fun fact: With just under 1,700 retweets, this is Dillard’s most popular tweet of all time. Another fun fact: Two months later, “Despacito” is now a top hit in the U.S.

The Dillard effect.
