College football has plenty of pageantry and tradition, but it has plenty off oddities on (and near) the field, too. Here's your weekly look at what we'll remember most from Week 2 across college football in "That Just Happened."

Break it up, guys: Nobody bats an eye when opposing players get into it after a play, but coaches on the same sideline? You don't see that every day. TV cameras caught two South Carolina coaches screaming in each other's faces and bumping chests before quickly being separated during South Carolina's XX-XX loss to Georgia.
I think somebody cut the brakes: Art Briles' offense in Baylor wants to score and score as quickly as possible. It did a lot of both against Buffalo on Saturday. At halftime, the Bears were averaging 1.2 points per play. The Bears led 56-13 at the break and went on to win, 70-13.
Can somebody hit the reset button?: Bobby Petrino helped Western Kentucky roll over Kentucky a week ago, but a rough start gave the HIlltoppers an idea of where they might finish in the SEC East if the league ever decides to expand into Bowling Green. Petrino's new-look offense turned the ball over five times in its first six plays of a 52-20 loss to Tennessee.
You're far too kind, sir: Brock Jensen ripped K-State fans' hearts out last week with a game-winning touchdown to cap a drive that lasted nearly nine minutes. How did Wildcats' coach Bill Snyder repay him? With a heartfelt, hand-written note. "You played so very well, virtually error free & with such poise," it read. Awwww.

Get well soon: The captain of college football's All-Name Team will likely be shelved for quite awhile. Cincinnati quarterback Munchie LeGaux suffered a horrific lower leg injury when Illinois defensive lineman Tim Kynard barreled into his plant leg after a pass. He's in "good spirits," according to Cincinnati, but will stay at the hospital overnight.
Head Ball Coach strikes again: Two South Carolina starters were suspended for the first half of Saturday’s loss to Georgia, but the always loquacious Steve Spurrier found a way to rope in college football’s resident headline maker, Johnny Manziel, into the discussion. “That seems to be the thing to do nowadays,” Spurrier said of the suspensions. We’ll call that one a not-so-thinly veiled shot at Texas A&M and the NCAA agreeing to sit Manziel for the first half of the Aggies’ opener vs. Rice last weekend.
Guess who’s back? Back again: Earth to Marshall? Marshall? The rapper Eminem, aka Marshall Mathers, paid a visit to the booth with Kirk Herbstreit during Michigan’s win over Notre Dame. Eminem noted that live TV “freaks him out a little bit,” but I’d like to note that Eminem on live TV freaks us out a little bit, too. It’s going to be awhile before you see a more awkward guest in a broadcast booth.
You win some, you Taysom: Mack Brown and defensive coordinator Manny Diaz assured themselves a week of uncomfortable questions after giving up a school-record 550 yards rushing, including 259 from BYU quarterback Taysom Hill in an embarrassing 40-21 loss in Provo to the Cougars, who lost to Virginia a week earlier. Only one college quarterback has ever rushed for more yards in a game: Texas legend Vince Young. It’s going to be awhile before you hear anybody talk about Texas being back.
