Texas Rangers Fan Sleepover at Globe Life Park in Arlington

ARLINGTON, Texas -- The 2014 Texas Rangers Sleepover and Fireworks Show will take place on Thursday, July 3 at Globe Life Park in Arlington. The event is presented by Buckner International and FOX Sports Southwest.

 

Fans can stay overnight with the Sleepover on the playing field at Globe Life Park or just attend the pre-Independence Day Fireworks Show.

 

FOX Sports Southwest will be on site for a live broadcast of its pre and post-game shows for the Rangers game in Baltimore that night. Other special features will include on-field promotions, including the world famous Dot Race. Concession stands will be open for purchase of food and beverage.

 

The Globe Life Park in Arlington gates will open at 5:00 p.m. with the FSSW Rangers Live broadcast beginning at 5:30 p.m. Fans with tickets for the Sleepover will be allowed on the field at approximately 8:00 p.m. with the Fireworks Show set to patriotic music to follow after dark.

 

Tickets for the overnight Sleepover are priced at $40.00 for adults and $30.00 for children ages 13 and under with a limit of 2,000 fans. Tickets for just the game activities and fireworks show are priced at $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children ages 13 and under. All tickets are available at texasrangers.com/sleepover.

 

The Sleepover concludes at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, July 4. The rules for bringing food and beverage into Globe Life Park are the same as apply to Texas Rangers home games.
