Fitzpatrick started nine games last season for the Titans in replacement of injured starting quarterback Jake Locker, compiling 2,454 yards with 14 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He was released by Tennessee last week.
Fitzpatrick's deal with the Texans is reportedly worth $7.5 million, $4 million guaranteed.
Fitzpatrick has thrown for 16,790 yards, 106 touchdowns and 93 interceptions in 85 career games.

With the signing of Fitzpatrick, the Texans =have four quarterbacks on their roster including Matt Schaub, T.J. Yates, and Case Keenum.
