Texan trouble: Game-time decision for Foster

Published Nov. 14, 2014 6:04 a.m. ET

Fantasy's biggest question entering Week 11 is the status of Texans RB Arian Foster, who hasn't practiced this week and is heading for a gametime decision according to the Houston Chronicle. If Foster can't go, Alfred Blue becomes a top-20 (at least) fantasy back against the 28th-ranked Browns run defense.

In other news ...

Bengals RB Gio Bernard (hip, clavicle) still isn't practicing, and NFL Network reported Wednesday that the team is expecting him to miss Sunday's game at New Orleans. Fire up Jeremy Hill, folks.

It sounds like the Lions might rest RB Reggie Bush (ankle) this week. Theo Riddick would assume Bush's role, and become an interesting PPR play.

Giants RB Rashad Jennings is expected to return to action on Sunday, but head coach Tom Coughlin doesn't expect him to get a "full, full load," and NJ.com speculates that we could see a 60-40 split between Jennings and Andre Williams. Jennings still looks to be a decent RB2.

This Broncos' mailbag says that RB Montee Ball might not start this week, but will play. I prefer C.J. Anderson (RB22) to Ball (RB36), but there's lots of uncertainty here.

We didn't learn much from Thursday's Bills-Dolphins matchup, except maybe that Lamar Miller is healthy again.

Remember your byes: The Ravens, Cowboys, Jaguars and Jets are off.

One Chargers beat writer (can't remember who) tweeted this week that we should see 15 touches for RB Ryan Mathews against the Raiders.

Attention, fellow Travis Kelce owners: Chiefs TE Anthony Fasano -- the bane of our existence -- appears unlikely to play Sunday due to a knee injury, meaning that our dream of an all-Kelce passing offense is a little bit closer to reality. On a related note, the Seahawks' defense ranks 29th against opposing tight ends, allowing 10.1 fantasy points per game.

Bucs beat writer Greg Auman noted this week that the team won't have a "bell cow" back, but also tweeted that he expects Charles Sims' role to "gradually increase, so long as fumbles don't persist." However, it's possible that Doug Martin returns to active status this week, with Mike James looming as a short-yardage vulture. What does all this mean for the Bucs' backs? I have Sims at RB24, and Bobby Rainey at RB30.

Vikings TE Kyle Rudolph (hernia) is expected to return Sunday following a six-game absence, but keep an eye on RB Jerick McKinnon, who was limited in Thursday's practice due to a lower back injury.

Browns TE Jordan Cameron (concussion) still isn't practicing, so you probably shouldn't expect to see him on Sunday. In other Browns news, WR Josh Gordon is scheduled to return to practice on Monday.

Shaun Hill starts at quarterback for the Rams this week. I'll let you know when"A Football Life: Austin Davis" is scheduled to air on NFL Network.

Here's my roster for this week's DraftKings "Millionaire Maker." If I win, I'll be writing next week's blog posts from my palatial new home in Charleston, S.C.:

RB: Jeremy Hill $4,500

RB: Theo Riddick $3,100

WR: Julio Jones $7,000

WR: Brandon LaFell $5,800

WR: Kelvin Benjamin $4,900

TE: Travis Kelce $4,000

DST: Packers $3,100
