CLEVELAND (AP) -- Steelers starting linebacker LaMarr Woodley, the team's top pass rusher, and defensive end Brett Keisel are inactive for the second straight week with injuries.

Both will miss Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. With Woodley (calf) out, the Steelers will start rookie Jarvis Jones in his spot. Ziggy Hood will fill in for Keisel (foot) as the Steelers (4-6) try to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Woodley leads the Steelers with five sacks and Keisel has two, accounting for nearly half of Pittsburgh's 16 sacks. They each sat out last week when the Steelers beat the Detroit Lions.

As expected, Browns starting inside linebacker Craig Robertson is out with a sprained right knee. Tank Carder will start for Robertson alongside D'Qwell Jackson.

Also, Browns rookie defensive end Armonty Bryant is out with a back injury.
