Sri Lanka set Australia 324 to win the 3rd test on final day

COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) Sri Lanka declared its second innings at 347-8 on Wednesday, setting Australia a target of 324 runs to win the third test.
Dhananjaya de Silva followed up his first innings maiden century with a brilliant half-century and was unbeaten on 65 at the close. Kaushal Silva anchored the innings with a return to form 115 and the innings was well supported by Dinesh Chandimal who made 43.
Sri Lanka leads the series 2-0 and looks for a series sweep in the three-match series. Australia the world's No. 1 ranked team requires a morale-boosting win after the shock defeats.
Off spinner Nathan Lyon took four wickets for 123 after toiling for 37 overs.
