Sri Lanka bowled out for 195 in final ODI vs. Australia

PALLEKELE, Sri Lanka (AP) Fast bowler Mitchell Starc took three wickets while spinners Travis Head and Adam Zampa who took two each to help Australia bowl Sri Lanka out for 195 runs with more than nine overs remaining in the fifth and final one-day international on Sunday.

Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal won the toss and elected to bat first and had the best opening partnership of the series from Dhananjaya de Silva and Danushska Gunathilaka who shared 73 runs.

In the 14th over de Silva (34) was caught by Starc off James Faulkner. In the next over Zampa bowled Gunathilaka (39) and in the over that followed Chamdimal was caught behind off Starc leaving Sri Lanka 78 for three.

The batsmen could not build partnerships from there.

Starc finished with 3-40.
