JOHANNESBURG (AP) AB de Villiers smashed 71 off 29 balls to power South Africa to a nine-wicket win over England at the Wanderers in the second Twenty20 on Sunday and a 2-0 series sweep.
De Villiers struck the fastest half-century by a South African in T20s - with his 50 coming off 21 deliveries - to see the Proteas to their fifth straight win over England in a limited-overs game.
South Africa cruised to 172-1 in 14.4 overs, with Hashim Amla 69 not out to see it home, easily overhauling England's 171 all out.

England's batting fell away badly when it lost seven wickets for 14 at the end after making a good start to be 157-3. Jos Buttler top-scored with 54 from 28 balls but his dismissal began the collapse.
