Wide receiver Ryan Broyles, a second-round selection, is among six of the Detroit Lions' eight draft picks who have been signed to four-year contracts, the club announced late Thursday afternoon.

The other players who reached an agreement are defensive end Ronnell Lewis (fourth round), linebacker Tahir Whitehead (fifth round), cornerback Chris Greenwood (fifth round), cornerback Jonte Green (sixth round) and linebacker Travis Lewis (seventh round).

The Lions, who begin a three-day rookie mini-camp on Friday, were still working on deals with offensive tackle Riley Reiff (first round) and cornerback Bill Bentley (third round).

All eight of the teams's draft picks are expected to participate in the mini-camp, even if their contract negotiations haven't been completed.

The club also announced the signing of 17 undrafted free agents, including former Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore.
