A mere 10 months ago the Vikings were one play away from the Super Bowl. On Monday, owner Zygi Wilf fired head coach Brad Childress.
How did we get here? The seeds were sown in training camp, when Sidney Rice showed up lame, Jared Allen showed up without his mullet, and Brett Favre didn't show up until three teammates dragged him back from Hattiesburg, Miss., in a private plane.
