'Shania Twain, 'Jake Taylor' among pseudo-names used by Cleveland Indians as team's hotel list gets leaked

BY foxsports • July 20, 2013

Many high profile celebrities choose not to give their real names when checking into hotels, in hopes of protecting their privacy. This is especially common among pro athletes, who can be easily spotted when traveling with the team.
Apparently, many of the Cleveland Indians players and coaches register under fake names, and they were used to check in to the team hotel in Minneapolis this weekend. How do we know this? The list of check-in names was somehow leaked to a hotel guest, who posted it on Twitter.
So, who travels under the pseudonym 'Shania Twain'? Could 'Jed Clampett' really be first baseman Nick Swisher? Maybe manager Terry Francona is 'Carmen Electra'. The list only gets better...

Mr. Romeo, Carmen Electra, Jake Taylor, Jennifer Lopez, Dick Tracy, Shania Twain, Denzel Washington... Tar Zann? That has Jason Giambi written all over it.
