Rodgers takes batting practice in latest ad

We knew he had the arm to throw off the mound, but in the latest Brewers commercial featuring Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the gunslinger took his talents to the plate.

And for a second, the 2011 NFL MVP looked an awful lot like his real life good friend, Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun. Rodgers knocked ball after ball over the fence at Milwaukee's spring training facility in Arizona.

But, as Jonathan Lucroy told him, there's an asterisk next to his performance.

"You're not really hitting off our best guy," Lucroy told him.

"What do you mean?" Rodgers asked. "He's throwing gas."

Well, as much gas as a giant hot dog can throw, we suppose. 

"Polish is much better," Braun added.

"Best Guy" is the fourth of five Brewers commercials featuring Rodgers that was shot during spring training. The next and final commercial spot will be released at the end of June.

Until then, the question of who is the Brewers' "best guy" — or, well, best sausage — will go answered.
