Richards out Tuesday, could miss more time

The Dallas Stars' injury situation may have hit a new low with the news that All-Star center Brad Richards will miss at least Tuesday's game against Edmonton and possibly be out longer after he was injured on the final shift of the Stars' 2-1 loss to Columbus.

Mike Heika of The Dallas Morning News reported that while Richards has not been officially diagnosed, he is suspected to have a concussion. Stars coach Marc Crawford told the Morning News that the star center was "shook up" on the shift and that the team will take every possible precaution before reinserting Richards into the lineup.
