Republican presidential candidate would love to see A.I. with Cavs

You never know what you're going to get on a given day when it comes to the race for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination.

On this day, it's Ohio governor and Republican presidential candidate John Kasich telling TMZ he'd love to see Allen Iverson on the Cleveland Cavaliers.

What, you say? The 40-year-old hasn't been in the NBA in five years but apparently rumors surfaced at some point this summer that Iverson was going to make a comeback with the defending Eastern Conference champions.

FOX Sports Ohio's Sam Amico did his all to squash those back in September.

But Governor Kasich may now give them new life again.

Kasich is currently polling at 6 percent in the state of New Hampshire, while the Cavs are favorites to win the NBA title.
