Report: Manziel reaches out to Brady for advice

New Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien is looking for another Tom Brady.
Maybe Johnny Manziel is trying to prove he can become like the New England Patriots' franchise quarterback.
Manziel's throwing coach, George Whitfield, told the Boston Herald that the 2012 Heisman Trophy winner reached out to Brady for advice. Whitfield said the two exchanged text messages and Brady encouraged Manziel to "ignore the noise" and enjoy the experience of the NFL Draft.
Manziel expressed his desire last week to be the No. 1 overall pick by the Texans and win a Super Bowl.
O'Brien coached Brady when he was on the Patriots' offensive staff from 2007-11.
"When you coach Tom Brady, you're not coaching with him; you're a partner in the offense with him," O'Brien said told TheMMQB.com's Peter King in January. "That's the ideal for a quarterback -- someone who cares about it as much as you do."
