Report: Kevin Love refuses to hear apology from Kelly Olynyk over shoulder injury

After suffering a dislocated shoulder in a tangle with the Celtics' Kelly Olynyk that ended Kevin Love's season on April 26, it appears the Cavs forward is interested only in healing his shoulder, not Olynyk's soul. Ā

Wojnarowski adds that Love "continues to rebuff Olynyk."

"I have no doubt in my mind that he did that on purpose" Love said after the fateful play, adding that he thought Olynyk's play was "bush-league."

Wearing a sling, Love rejoined the Cavs at Quicken Loans Arena on Wednesday for Game 2 of the Cavs-Bulls series.

Meanwhile the guilt must be weighing heavily on Olynyk, who told the Boston Globe "I'd probably get killed if I went to Cleveland right now."

"But I haven't had the opportunity to talk to him"Ā Olynyk said. "It's super unfortunate. It's terrible the way it happened. But, you know, it's a part of basketball. Everyone gets tangled up and stuff. Unfortunately, it happened."

It's kind of ironic that a guy named Love doesn't have forgiveness in his heart.
