Report: Bryant, agent Rosenhaus part ways
The roller coaster ride that has been Dez Bryant's offseason took another turn Friday.
The Dallas Cowboys receiver has parted ways with super agent Drew Rosenhaus and re-hired his former agent Eugene Parker, The Dallas Morning News reports.
"We are aware of it," Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said according to the newspaper. "He did make us aware of that he was probably going to switch."
Bryant first fired Parker in December before joining Rosenhaus.
Bryant is facing legal issues stemming from a July 14 incident with his mother. Charges were not filed by Angela Bryant but the Dallas County district attorney is reportedly reviewing options in regards to a Class A misdemeanor charge.
Parker negotiated Bryant's initial rookie deal after the Cowboys drafted the receiver out of Oklahoma State in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft, landing the receiver a five-year, $11.8 million deal.
