In a very entertaining video combining soccer and social faux pas, comedian Yoni Lotan patrols areas of New York City charging pedestrians with penalties for various offenses, such as taking selfies and wearing inappropriate footwear.
Lotan stations himself mainly in Times Square and the Theater District because tourists don't know better and because actual New Yorkers would tell him to stick his penalty card in a certain location other than in their faces. All in all, it's a highly enjoyable three minutes by Lotan, who nails the task but ultimately must turn a penalty card on himself.
