Reds push for Bench's inclusion in greatest living players group

Major League Baseball has been asking fans to vote for the four most impactful players who best represent the history of each franchise. These "Franchise Four" will be revealed July 14, at the MLB All-Star game.

In addition, fans can vote on the players they believe are the "greatest living players" from groups of eight. Reds catcher Johnny Bench is in a group with Hank Aaron, Barry Bonds, Rickey Henderson, Sandy Koufax, Pedro Martinez, Willie Mays and Tom Seaver.

The Reds have made a video encouraging Cincinnati fans to vote for Bench. The top four from each group will be honored at the All-Star Game, which is in Cincinnati this year.
