The Texas Rangers agreed to terms with the final eight unsigned players on their 40-man roster Thursday.
First baseman Mitch Moreland and outfielder Craig Gentry lead the list of players. Moreland will be the highest paid of the eight at $491,100. Gentry will earn $484,300.
Texas also agreed to terms with right-handers Cody Eppley, Neil Ramirez and Matt West. Catcher Luis Martinez and infielder Brandon Snyder are also in the fold along with left-hander Kelvin De La Cruz.
It wasn't a good day for De La Cruz though. The lefty, who was acquired from Cleveland for cash considerations, wasn't able to pitch in the intrasquad game because of tightness in his left forearm.
