Pujara, Rahane rebuild Indian innings against New Zealand

KOLKATA, India (AP) India reached 136-3 in 58 overs at tea Friday on the first day of the second test against New Zealand.
Cheteshwar Pujara (64) and Ajinkya Rahane (47) were the unbeaten batsmen at crease. The duo batted out the entire post-lunch session for 79 runs as their fourth-wicket partnership was worth 90 runs.
Pujara looked sedate in his stay, during which he completed his 10th test 50. He hit 13 fours, while Rahane also scored another six boundaries.
