Jordan Stevenson, a four-star running back in the 2015 class, was denied admission to Wisconsin as he did not qualify academically. That means the recruitment of the 5-foot-8, 210-pound prospect is open.

Stevenson, who is from Dallas, Texas, has reportedly heard from a number of schools. According to a report by 247 Sports, Stevenson is considering Alabama, Nebraska and Oregon State, among other programs.

One of Stevenson’s high school coaches, R.J. Bond, tweeted about the pursuit of his former player.

Stevenson was ranked the No. 17 running back in the 2015 class by 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings. He originally chose the Badgers over Texas and Texas Tech, among other programs.
