The NCAA has decided on the sanctions that they will hand down to Penn State, in the wake of the convictions of Jerry Sandsky and the Freeh Report.
Penn State's penalties;
- A bowl ban/postseason ban for 4 years
- Loss of multiple scholarships over the course of 4 years
- Fine of 60 million dollars, money to be donated to a children's charity
- Current Penn State players will be permitted to transfer to other schools without penalty.
- All wins from 1998 to today have been vacated from Penn State's record books
The Big Ten is expected to sanction Penn State as well.  We'll have that ruling when it arrives.
