After the Benglas and Panthers played to a 37-37 tie on Sunday, Carolina rookie wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin was left baffled.
"I didn't know you could tie in the NFL," he told the "Charlotte Observer."
The first-round pick out of Florida State, who had a touchdown in the game, also added, "I was like, what? I was confused. They had to explain what was going on. In a way, it still kind of felt like a loss."
Actually, Benjamin should be grateful for the tie, because if Bengals kicker Mike Nugent would've made a 36-yard field goal on the last play of overtime, the Panthers would've lost.
