BIRMINGHAM, England (AP) Pakistan's top order crumbled to 148-7 at tea as England pressed for victory on the final day of the third test on Sunday.

In a dramatic collapse, Pakistan lost four wickets for just one run to Steven Finn and Chris Woakes. England had earlier set the tourists a stiff 343-run target.

Finn had captain Misbah-ul-Haq caught behind and then clipped the top of the stumps of young batsman Sami Aslam (70).

In between Finn's strikes, Woakes had Asad Shafiq out for pair and Sarfraz Ahmed caught in the slips.

England still has a maximum of 28 overs to wrap up the last three wickets and go 2-1 up in the four-match series.

Earlier, captain Alastair Cook declared England's second innings at 445-6 and a lead of 342.
