Outkick's Pre-Preseason Top 25 For 2014
Well, we've come to our third end of the college football season since Outkick the Coverage started back in 2011.
And I have to say, even though it's always incredibly disappointing for a college football season to end, this year was the best for Outkick so far.
From the amount of fun we've had together on the site to new heights of readership, listenership and viewership, to new challenges embraced, I can't thank you guys enough for supporting Outkick and me along the way.
Now that the end of the season is here, I'd also like to thank the crew I spent the season working with at Fox Sports, both on and off camera. There are so many behind the scenes guys and girls who bust their asses all season long that never get any credit at all.
They make us all look much better than you guys can ever imagine.
What's more, from the freshest-faced youngest production assistant on staff to the most grizzled TV veteran, I genuinely love everyone I work with at Fox.
If you like who you work with, chances are you're going to like your job and the people at Fox have made an entire season spent on the road lots of fun. Yes, even the parts that start at four in the morning.
Our college football fun at Fox culminated in our own "Foxast" of the BCS title game. If you didn't get a chance to check out Todd Fuhrman, Joel Klatt, Petros, Charissa Thompson, Matt Leinart, and Will Leitch all coming to vist and hang out, click the link below.
I think you'll be entertained.
Especially when we interviewed the Auburn fan with $50,000 riding on the outcome of the game and play "Saved by the Bell" trivia with Joel.
Also, the parts where Joel, who is the funniest guy that no one actually thinks is funny, insults me.
That means the Gators can rise form the college football dead this year.
Really, stop rolling your eyes, they can.
