Open Mike: LeBron deserves a hand, Cleveland

If I were a rational Cavaliers fan, I'd stand and applaud as hard as I could when LeBron James' name is announced as a starter for the Miami Heat in Thursday night's game at Quicken Loans Arena. And that's it.
After that, I'd cheer for the hometown Cavaliers and hope that James misses every shot, dribbles balls off his foot and plays the worst game of his life. I'd want my team to win.
But first would come the well-deserved tribute to James for what he did for a franchise once known derisively as the "Cadavaliers."
