Scottsdale Chaparral multi-purpose standout Davonte' Neal will announce where he is going to play college football on Feb. 21 at 9 a.m. on FOXSportsArizona.com.

Neal will make his choice while addressing the students of Kyrene Esperanza Elementary School in Phoenix.

He is a four-star recruit who is rated by Scout.com as the nation's fifth-best cornerback prospect and the No. 74 overall prospect. He has reportedly narrowed his choices to Arizona, Notre Dame, Arkansas and North Carolina.

While most evaluators project the 5-foot-9, 175-pound Neal as a cornerback, he could be intrigued by the possibility of playing wide receiver in Rich Rodriguez's spread offense at Arizona. Neal's football coach at Chaparral, Charlie Ragle, recently joined Rodriguez's staff at Arizona, and two of his high school teammates -- defensive end Dylan Cozens, linebacker Cody Ippolito and -- signed letters of intent with the Wildcats earlier this month.
